What is the difference between the Iconic and Pro styles?
The Iconic and Pro styles are exactly the same on the inside. The only difference is the cover. Iconic style has more doodles on the cover whilst the Pro is more plain.

The product I am looking for is not in stock. Is it discontinued?
All of our products are part of seasonal collections. This means once it’s no longer on the website, it’s most likely sold out. 

Where are the products made?
Our products are designed and prototyped in the UK. For mass manufacturing our products are made in China using good business practices.

I heard your products are vegan. Really?
We love animals and stand for their rights. No animal products are part of our manufacturing including the synthetic leather.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?

How long does it take to process an order?
We process our orders within 24 hours. If you place an order on a weekend, your order will be processed the following business day. 

How long does shipping take?

You will be able to see typical delivery times for your location once you enter your delivery address at checkout. Typically it is between 7-14 days if outside of UK.

I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

Please give a few days for your order to arrive as international orders might experience delays due to custom clearance and/or local mailing service delays. If you have not received your order still. you can also contact us at contact@scribblesthatmatter.com

How much will I be charged for customs tax?
Our products are shipped from within the EU so there usually is no customs fees to pay across the EU. This however may change after Brexit, in which case, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
